4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player may maintain only one active gl99 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether in the same name or under different identities — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts identified by gl99 will be merged or permanently closed, and all associated balances and bonuses may be voided.
4.2 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gl99 login credentials. You must not disclose your username or password to any third party. gl99 staff will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any activity that occurs on your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or a third party — is your sole responsibility.
4.3 Account Inactivity. Suspicious transactions may be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by gl99 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are detailed in each promotion's terms. Contributions from different game types toward wagering requirements may vary.
6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. gl99 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that bonus abuse has occurred. 6.5 gl99's Discretion. gl99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus offer before a modification will not be retroactively affected by changes to that offer's terms, except where required by law or PAGCOR directive.

Upon account suspension or closure resulting from a player breach, any balance remaining in the account — including bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds — may be voided. If account closure is initiated by gl99 for operational or regulatory reasons unrelated to player breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their verified withdrawal method.
